Our Fee Structure

Management Fee: 10% of monthly rent.

Leasing Fee: $695 plus GST. Includes

  • A comparable rent analysis,
  • Advertising, & photos
  • Credit report,
  • Employment, and previous landlord checks
  • Showing as many times as we need to find the right tenant,
  • Lease preparation
  • Complete move in/move out inspections

Lease Renewal Fee: $395 plus GST Includes

  • Comparable rent analysis
  • Negotiation between you and the tenant
  • Lease preparation and additional inspections

The broker of Streetwise Property Management, Tanya MacPherson, began investing in real estate in 1998 and grew her portfolio from a rental house and four condos to four apartment buildings by 2008.

After working for a property management company, she decided to become certified and open her own RECA brokerage in 2015
